Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (S1) in Management, Information Technology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Advanced education or professional certifications in Business Process Analysis or Project Management (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean, or Business Process Management (BPM) certification) will be an advantage.
• Minimum of 2–4 years of experience as a Business Process Analyst, Process Improvement Specialist, or in a similar role, preferably within the general insurance industry or the financial services sector.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing business processes, identify areas for improvement, and design innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
• Develop new business processes or improve existing ones to achieve greater efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance service quality.
• Evaluate the implementation of process improvements and changes to ensure they meet established objectives and deliver optimal results.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments, including Operations, IT, Finance, and Human Resources, to ensure the smooth implementation of business process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (S1) in Management, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• Additional qualifications, such as professional certifications in insurance or finance, will be an advantage.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of relevant work experience are welcome to apply, preferably with experience in the general insurance or financial services industry.
• Experience in sales, client relationship management, or insurance operations will be an advantage.

• Conduct marketing activities to acquire new clients or accounts in accordance with the marketing strategies established by the Head Office.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to maximize renewal opportunities.
• Manage and monitor client relationships to ensure their insurance needs are addressed effectively and in a timely manner.
• Provide insurance solutions tailored to clients' needs and assist them in selecting the most suitable insurance products.

• Assess risks from incoming retail and digital insurance applications using data-driven analysis.
• Develop data-driven underwriting policies for retail and digital insurance, and ensure their effective implementation in daily underwriting activities.
• Monitor and continuously improve the effectiveness and efficiency of retail and digital underwriting processes, making necessary adjustments to optimize performance.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Department to support retail and digital underwriting decisions based on valid and accurate information.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Management, Actuarial Science, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or other related fields.
• Fresh graduates with knowledge of product development in insurance companies or other financial institutions, particularly in insurance product design and development.
• Understanding of insurance industry regulations and compliance standards imposed by supervisory authorities such as OJK or other local regulators.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze market data, industry trends, customer needs, and competitor product information to support the insurance product development process.
• Prepare data, materials, and documentation required for the development of new insurance product concepts to support product development in line with business and market needs.
• Coordinate with relevant departments during the product development and implementation process to ensure smooth execution of activities according to the established plan.
